Hall rental is $750.00, plus a Security Deposit of $100.00. Early entry, for setup, is available for an additional fee of $25.00 per hour.

• An unsigned Hall Lease Agreement will be generated, once your reservation date has been acquired, and a copy of the agreement will be made available to the Lessee.
• To lock in your reservation date, an initial deposit of $250.00 must be received by the Hall Rental Chairman.
• The balance of the rental charge, $500.00 plus the security deposit of $100.00, may be paid any time prior to the reservation date. The signed Hall Lease Agreement must be received on or before the reservation date.
• Electronic payments will be available through the KC2461 web page once the once the reservation date has been acquired.  Contact the Hall Rental Chairman for assistance.  (See Below)
• When the key is returned, the security deposit will be returned provided all rules have been followed and the Hall has been inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition.
• The rental fee covers the use of the Hall, Kitchen, Tables and Chairs between the hours of 10:00 AM and until the following 1:00 AM.
• If this reservation is canceled 30 days prior to the reservation date listed above, one-half of the initial deposit will be returned. No refund will be given after that date.

Hall Rules:

1. No Smoking is allowed anywhere inside the Hall. This ban includes the Hall, Rest Rooms, Kitchen, etc.
2. No weddings are permitted in the Hall.
3. None of the pictures, plaques, or anything else are to be removed from the walls.
4. No nails, tacks, glue, staples, or fasteners of any kind are to be placed on the wall, doors or frames, ceiling grid, ceiling tile, or lights.
5. No rice, birdseed, glitter, or confetti is allowed inside the Hall.
6. Lessee is responsible for cleaning tables and counter-tops and removing trash from the parking lot. Exceptionally dirty floors, cabinets, etc. may result in loss of Security Deposit.
7. The Columbus Club of Port Neches will not be held responsible for accidents on or off the premises.
8. If alcohol is present on site, a Security Officer (licensed OFF-Duty Police Officer) must be present for the duration of the function. The Lessee must provide the name of the Security Officer to the Hall Rental Chairman prior to the day of the function.
9. The lessee shall be liable for any physical damage or legal actions or losses the Columbus Club may incur because of actions of the Lessee or any of the Lessees’ guests or attendees during the Lease Period. The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Columbus Club against all legal actions which may arise from the renters’ use of the Hall.
